👨💻Obtaining USDX via Caldera Faucet
●Add OZEAN Testnet via METAMASK
Go to this link Add Ozean Testnet Network , scroll down then click "Add Ozean Testnet" and it will automatically added to your Metamask, no need to fillout Custom Network Manually.
●Connect your Wallet [Add Manually ]
Connect your wallet, and select the network selection drop-down.
●Add a Custom Network [Manually]
From the drop-down menu, select the "Add a custom network" button at the bottom.
Ensure you enable test networks in your wallet to see the test networks, such as Sepolia/Poseidon.
●Add Poseidon Testnet
✅️Name: Poseidon Testnet
✅️Chain ID: 7849306
✅️RPC (HTTP):

✅️Currency Symbol: USDX

●Select Faucet Tab
Go here Caldera Hub for the Poseidon testnet network, select the Faucet tab. Once there, navigate to the "Faucet" tab using the navigation tabs.
●Claim USDX [ See photo 👆]
Enter your wallet address into the displayed field and press request. No transaction is required from the user.
Once completed, 5 testnet USDX tokens will appear in the specified wallet address.
●Bridge from Sepolia to Poseidon
You must have a "Sepolia Eth Testnet balance" to continue. This balance will be swapped for USDC, USDT, and additional tokens as part of the task requirements.

✅️Once Connected follow the next STEP 👇

✅️Swap Sepolia Eth for USDC/USDT/DAI
Go to the Swap tab and select to swap from ETH to either USDC/USDT/DAI.
✅️Recommend to swap only half of the 0.1 ETH (0.05) ETH to a stablecoin so you still have gas to bridge later on. You can use the corresponding smart contract address of the stablecoin you would like to receive.
USDC approve: 0x94a9D9AC8a22534E3FaCa9F4e7F2E2cf85d5E4C8
USDT approve: 0xaA8E23Fb1079EA71e0a56F48a2aA51851D8433D0
USDT (alt) approve: 0x7169D38820dfd117C3FA1f22a697dBA58d90BA06
DAI approve: 0xFF34B3d4Aee8ddCd6F9AFFFB6Fe49bD371b8a357
✅️Paste the corresponding smart contract address of the stablecoin you would like to recieve.
✅️Click "I understand" on the custom token warning message.
●Navigate back to Poseidon Testnet's Bridge
Navigate back to the Poseidon Testnet , Connect your Wallet and click the bridge page. Ensure you are on the Sepolia network.
●Specify the amount of USDC
Enter in the amount of USDC you would like bridge from Sepolia to Poseidon and click continue.
●Confirm Transaction
Confirm the transaction, token approval, and execute the transaction in your wallet.
●Wait for the Transaction to Complete
Wait for the transaction to finish depositing your assets and you are done.
●Bridge from Poseidon to Sepolia
Select Poseidon Chain
Navigate to Poseidon Testnet frontend and connect your wallet. Switch your chain to Poseidon.
✅️Test the bridging from Poseidon to Sepolia by clicking the bridge page. Input how much USDX you would like to bridge from Poseidon to Sepolia then click continue.
✅️Confirm transaction
Click on confirm transaction.
✅️Check Transaction Status
Note there is a 7 day withdrawal period when bridging from Poseidon to Sepolia. Cick View Transaction Status.
Note, normally you would need to wait for 7 days, but testnet has been sped up to avoid this issue. Upon mainnet, you will have to wait 7 days before you can withdraw.
✅️Sign the transaction
Click prove to prove the transaction and sign the transaction in your wallet.
✅️Finalize the withdrawal
Finalize the withdrawal by clicking Claim funds. Confirm the transaction in your wallet. AFter you have claimed your funds, you will recieve your assets on Sepolia.
Note, normally you would need to wait for 7 days before your transaction is processed, but testnet has been sped up to avoid this issue. Upon mainnet, you will have to wait 7 days before you recieve your assets on Ethereum Mainnet.
✅️Stake USDX
Visit the staking page
Navigate to the staking page and click the "Stake" button to initiate staking.
Go here to [ STAKE ]
✅️Enter the amount to stake
Enter in how much USDX to stake and click stake.
✅️Confirm Transaction
Confirm the transaction on your wallet.
You are now earning US treasury bill-based yield and Ozean points (Droplets).
●Wrap ozUSDX
Visit the ozUSD Wrapper page
Navigate to the OZUSD Wrapper page.
Go here [ ozUSD Wrapper Page ]
✅️Enter the amount to Wrap
Wrap your ozUSD to wozUSD by inputting an amount to wrap and click wrap.
✅️Confirm the Transaction
Confirm the transaction. Approve the token for trading and custom spending cap. Confirm the transaction.
✅️Successful Wrap
Your ozUSD has now been wrapped to wozUSD.
✅️Unwrap wozUSD to ozUSD
If you would like to unwrap your wozUSD to ozUSD, follow the same process as above but reverse the assets by clicking the double arrow or manually selecting.
Enter amount to unwrap and confirm the transaction to receive unwrapped ozUSD.
